Stillness & Aesthetics Co. is home to two practitioners, each bringing her own expertise to a shared vision of whole-person care.
Krysta Smith, Founder of Intuitive Wellness with Krysta
Krysta is a holistic bodyworker and energy practitioner whose work is rooted in embodiment, presence, and nervous system restoration. Her sessions blend intuitive massage, lymphatic drainage, facial and buccal massage, chakra balancing, sound frequency healing, and reflexology. Every session is guided in real time by what the body and energy field need most. Krysta also leads embodiment practices and outdoor wellness classes for those looking to reconnect through movement, breath, and community.
Kalliope Freburg, PA-C, Founder of Envy Me Aesthetics
Kalliope is a board certified physician assistant and aesthetic specialist whose approach is thoughtful, precise, and deeply personalized. She specializes in skin revitalization, injectables, and wellness boosters. Every treatment plan is built around the individual, never rushed and always grounded in clinical integrity. Her goal is simple. Enhance what already exists and help clients feel confident and radiant in their own skin.
Together, they created a space where holistic healing and medical aesthetics belong side by side. Where slowing down is part of the process and every visit is designed around you.
